Overview > This website is operated by ArmadilloCo ("ArmadilloCo"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ArmadilloCo. ArmadilloCo offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Product Information & Representations > We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings and display calibration. Standard physical items, custom-painted pieces, and print-on-demand products may have minor production variations.

Orders & Payment > All orders placed through ArmadilloCo are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD ($). An order is considered confirmed once payment is processed in full through our checkout system. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Fulfillment, Shipping, & Customs > Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our studio in Thailand or via our global manufacturing and print partners. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. Refusal to pay customs fees does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

Limitation of Liability > To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArmadilloCo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, shipping carrier delays, or packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Governing Law > These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and any applicable European Union e-commerce regulations. Any formal legal actions or disputes arising from your use of this site or the purchase of our products shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Hungary.
