Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production Times > All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Dual Fulfillment Methods > To offer a diverse selection of products, items on Armadillo Co are fulfilled in one of two ways:

• Studio Inventory (Shipped from Thailand): Select handcrafted or in-stock items ship directly from our international studio in Thailand via air express or registered postal service. Estimated international delivery is typically 7 to 14 business days after processing.

• Print-on-Demand & Custom Products: Made-to-order items are printed and dispatched from localized production hubs (including facilities in the US and globally). Production takes 2 to 5 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days post-production.

Note: If your order contains a mix of studio items and made-to-order items, your items may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes > Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Armadillo Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order? > When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at everett191145@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
